I use this in place of sugar and molasses. It is THE BEST!! And is less glycemic for this T1 diabetic!!
The only sweetener in my house. That says it all

I swtched to date syrup after reading about it's benefits and purity. I tried Earth's E. date syrup at VegExpo and it has been a stable in my kitchen since. I think everyone should replace corn syrup and sugar with this great fruit based syrup
