How to make easy 3 ingredient health bars or bliss balls

Following are some ideas on how to incorporate dates and date syrup to you healthy snacking and food.
Pictures are self-explanatory and just use your imagination and add any flavor or ingredient that you are craving


A standard no bake 100%natural, vegan, date bar recipe:

1 cup date paste

1/2 Cup finely crush nut of your choice (almonds, pistachio, ...)
1/2 Cup fine coconut shred1/2 Cup date paste
And add any or all of the following flavors:
Dash of orange liquor
Dash of orange zest
Ground cardamom 1tsp
Ground cinnamon 1tsp

 

there are no rules when you make health bars so just use your imagination and mix together a bunch of your favourite ingredients.
